The Heart of Life is Good. Saturday, September 3, 2011. Last month was Houston Restaurant Month. My favorite group of girls to explore restaurants with is my best friends from college (shout out to Emily, Becca, Jessica, Ashley and Jenn! Last year we discovered the amazingness that is Haven Restaurant. And this year we decided to venture to a different part of town and check out the glass wall. I need to get better at not getting so excited and remembering to document! It's a great girls' night idea!

I also made a gazpacho by blending the cherry tomatoes till it was liquid with a few cloves of garlic, a tablespoon or two of red wine vinegar, and a few pinches of salt and black pepper.
