We flew Spirit Airlines - and though most people complain about Spirit - I paid extra so we could have the front row seats and for us to check baggage - and it was fabulous. We are definitely a male-dominated household with two sons aged 12 and 17 and my husband plus 2 male dogs. We had to get a female kitten to redress the balance a bit recently.
