From Fat To Fab: January 2013
http://fattofabjourney.blogspot.com/2013_01_01_archive.html
From Fat To Fab. Thursday, January 31, 2013. I took it easy on Monday and Tuesday and then did 35 minutes of the one hour Zumba class on Wednesday. I figured I would ease back in to my routine, so today I ran 1:1's for 20 minutes. I plan to do 6 miles this weekend as part of my discombobulated recovery/taper week as I signed up to do the Rhythm and Blues Half Marathon on the 10th. Sunday, January 27, 2013. Another Half Marathon on the Books. Me and Carla finishing the race. Friday, January 25, 2013.

I'm trying to decide if I want to commit to the Rhythm and Blues that is on February 10th in downtown Houston. I'll probably decide tomorrow. Me and Carla finishing the race.
