Thoughts on my travels…. Trip 1 – UK 2011. Trip 2 – Europe 2011/12. Trip 3 UK 2012. So, after 155 days and 28 campsites my third trip is over. On this trip I covered a total of 3304 miles (5317 kilometres) at an average speed of 34 mph (55 kph) and it took me a total of 100 hours and 7 minutes of driving. He has been involved in the brass band movement for 38 years as a player and has recently taken on the role of conducting (2009). He has always taught other players, albeit on an ad hoc basis, but then decided to make it his career in 2001.
