Today’s workout was pretty intense: 18 minutes of HIIT followed by 2 miles on the treadmill at a good speed (24:13). I’m tired, hungry, and a little bit dizzy (I think it is more noticeable when my blood sugar is low, and I can feel something sloshing around in my ear now too). I'm running while fat. Yep, front squats! I’m not really a big fan of that squats variation, but it’s something different and I could do it light (just the bar) and it still felt challenging. I had a crazy schedule the past few days and a stressful day with work, so I was looking forward to my walk tonight - after running for two days, I had planned on a nice, relaxing walk. Super humid out, but I just walked with no music. So I'm not quite sure why Pokémon Go!
