It is structured so that a number of people with disabilities are on the committee and the chair is supposed to be a person with a disability. I am the chair (no pun intended). The vice-chair is a nondisabled white gentleman. I get tired of all this and I wonder as I seek a spiritual path whether it matters. Do I set up these hurdles so I have something to overcome?
