Tuesday, February 28, 2012. After my extended rest I finally hit Open WOD 12.1. 7 minutes as many reps as possible. So I ended up doing exactly what I thought I would do. Thursday, March 1, 2012. I took a personal day off on Monday even though I really wanted to do the WOD. Who hooked me up with an ice pack. Saved the day.
