One Wife's Journey Through the Kitchen. And I’m Back…. January 6, 2014. New year, time for new recipes and a new goal. I reached my first weight loss goal doing low carb at the end of May – perfect time for our June Cancun trip. In the last 6 months of the year, I did low carb on and off. One Wife's Journey Through the Kitchen. March 14, 2011. 2 cans condensed cream of chicken soup. 1 can enchilada sauce. 1 can nacho fiesta cheese. Seasoned chicken (as much as you want, I use about 8oz). 1/2 cup cheddar cheese. Toppings of your choice. Mix all ingredients except toppings in a pot on the stove. Saturday, July 7, 2012. 1/2 cup white sugar. 2 teaspoons vanilla extract. 2 teaspoons of rum. 2 cups mascarpone cheese. 2 cups brewed coffee. 1 tablespoon cocoa powder. 1 In a medium bowl, beat yolks with sugar, rum and vanilla until smooth and light yellow and very fluffy. 2 Fold mascarpone into yolk mixture. Set aside. 3 Dip ladyfingers briefly in coffee and arrange 12 of them in the bottom of an 10×10 inch dish. 5 Cover and chill 1 hour. Sprinkle with cocoa just before serving. 3-5 fillets of catfish.

In search of memorable foods. Cambodian Kabocha Squash Sweet Dessert. February 14, 2014. Coconut Milk (or freshly shredded coconut and coconut creaam). Roasted Skinless Mung Beans. 1 Boil kabocha squash in hot water until it becomes soft. 2 Add roasted mung beans and boil it until soft. 3 Add toddy palm sugar and coconut milk. Kabocha squash, coconut, roasted mung beans, toddy palm sugar and water. The roasted mung beans give it nutty texture against the smooth kabocha squash. Divine Bake French Toast.
