Set aside. 3 Dip ladyfingers briefly in coffee and arrange 12 of them in the bottom of an 10×10 inch dish. 5 Cover and chill 1 hour. Sprinkle with cocoa just before serving. 3-5 fillets of catfish.

Original Source: Pina Huy. 3-5 fillets of catfish. 1 tbsp Pahok (fermented fish paste). 189; cup of fish sauce. 1 packet of coconut cream powder (can use coconut milk). 1 cup of chopped lemon grass (can buy frozen if fresh is unavailable). 5-10 cloves of garlic. 2 tbsp of pickled rhizome. 5-10 kafir lime leaf. 1 tbsp tumeric powder. Salt – add as desired. Sugar – add as desired. After grinding to avoid staining your plastic appliances.

Roasted Skinless Mung Beans. 1 Boil kabocha squash in hot water until it becomes soft. 2 Add roasted mung beans and boil it until soft. 3 Add toddy palm sugar and coconut milk. Kabocha squash, coconut, roasted mung beans, toddy palm sugar and water. The roasted mung beans give it nutty texture against the smooth kabocha squash. Divine Bake French Toast.
