I made Chopped Salad with Spicy Pork and Buttermilk Dressing. I’d been wanting to make these for a while. Black Bean and Corn Salad with Garlicky Buttermilk Dressing. Adapted from Chopped Salad with Spicy Pork and Buttermilk Dressing. 1/2 cup low-fat buttermilk. 2 scallions, whites minced and greens thinly sliced, separated. 1/2 cup yellow cornmeal.

Saturday, December 8, 2007. There are lots of ways to serve chili. My second and third favorites are: 2) smothered with cheese and sour cream and served with tortilla chips and 3) ladled on top of a bowl of steamed white rice. My first favorite? A combination of numbers 2 and 3. That’s exactly what you get when you make Guy’s Chili Rice. Jack cheese on top, sour cream and guacamole on the side, chips for dipping and margaritas for washing it down, and you have an awesome casual dinner.
