I Suck at Photography. Tuesday, July 20, 2010. The storm that came through town last night was pretty wicked looking. Even though it didn't amount to much it still looked like all hell was going to break loose. I didn't have a whole lot of time to shoot pics, and the only camera I had was my small Canon point and shoot (S3 IS). I Suck at Photography. Wednesday, November 23, 2011. Bethel Cemetery and others. I had a feeling that the fog we had in the area today would make for some good shots, and I knew just the place to get those shots. I was recently given some info about a small cemetery that I never knew existed. This place is about 5 minutes from my house, so I had to check it out! I Suck at Photography. Tuesday, January 17, 2012. First snow of the year. Ah, you've got to love our weather lately! That was the look I was going for. The bottle is lit and the window isn't completely blown out either. I also noticed that the icicles outside the window looked interesting with the light glistening off them. I came, I saw, I wandered. Sunday, June 14, 2009. Congrats Angela and Ali! I went to my friends' wedding yesterday. They are expats; Angela is British and Ali is from Cote d'Ivoire/Burkina Faso. The wedding was a very simple, short ceremony at a city hall type place, followed by a short reception in a friend's nearby garden, and then a picnic on the beach. Friday, June 12, 2009.
