Sometimes, you've got to capture the everyday stuff. Like picking your kids up from school. I am so excited to see this little guy running full speed through the parking lot to the car everyday after school. So this is the last year I'll have a portion of the day for just Quincy and me. I'll miss the one-on-one time we have together. Quite honestly, it makes me want to break into ugly sobs. We made frequent trips to the pet store where she would pine for (and beg for) a puppy. Fisher was baptized on a frigid day in February. Grandma Ross and Taylor said the prayers. Grandma Donnette gave a wonderful talk about the Holy Ghost. And I talked about baptism. It is the first baptismal service we've been able to have with just our family, so it was extra special. These are the men who stood in the circle to confirm Fisher a member of the Church and give him the gift of the Holy Ghost. Dan and Hillary Ross.

Is there a better Valentine's Day gift in all the world than seeing this cute little thing coming out of school? For the Family Home Evening before Valentine's Day we each had a heart for each person in our family. We wrote what we loved most about each person and then hung them on the wall for the week. Our life journey.the good and the bad moments. Monday, March 9, 2009. This last week has been good. Not much exciting going on. I had YW on Tue. We did fear factor! It was a lot of fun watching the kids do that. We only had one casualty, one of my beehives got bit by a snake. All is well, they were just garden snakes. I am really enjoying this calling. It is fun to watch their excitement of being in the YW program and bonding with them. There was good food (as always) and fun to get together and visit!

We started by surprise visit from the Easter. Bunny at my sister in laws house on Tue. The kids loved it. Next on Sat. we had a FHE. And the kids loved it. That night we decorated eggs with the kids and got to bed early so that the Easter. Bunny would come. On Sunday. Egg hunt with my side of the family!

Saturday, October 2, 2010. Can I just tell you Kevin is FAST! I don't really know when it happened. But he worked really hard and trained a lot this summer and got really fast. He placed in almost every race he did this summer. We ran a couples relay in September and he ran one of his legs that was seven miles at under 6:15 min/miles. He is an amazing ATHLETE! This is a fun video our friends made if you want to get a glimpse of what these relay races are like. Midway 15k Placed in his Division.
