Thursday, February 12, 2009. So far, I have had my typical breakfast, which I have researched ad nauseam. Seems to be good? Going to drink a LOT of water today, and see how I react. New job no water cooler = lazy water intake. Not good. FYI: 1 red pepper = way more vitamin C than an orange, and red = 3x green. I'm not a fan of the multivitamins either. (though I do make myself take one - I find I have more energy). If you'd like any more nutritional wisdom, you know where to come. :).

Thursday, June 17, 2010. I'm Back, Bitches! My Coconut Chicken Fingers. I found some good websites with different recipes for all kinds of things. I found bison burgers at Wholner's grocery. Today, I made chicken fingers "breaded" with coconut and almond flour, cooked in coconut oil. It was delicious! It is one of my favorite things to eat - it's just time consuming to make. I am going to post a lot of different meals we have on here, for those of you who would like to try it. Enjoy! Up to Speed Part 1.

Weight loss has been slow the last month so I was thrilled to look down at the scale today and see that I lost 2 pounds since last Sunday! 34 pounds down and 29 to go.I am more than halfway to my goal! I have had more energy than I have in a long time, more than I did on Paleo. The workouts have been fun. (I never thought I would see the day I called this sh! Back squat 5x5: 149# (85% highest wt). 1RM push jerk: 109. FGB 4: 237 (damn). AMRAP 8 min, 12 front squats&12 burpees: 4 rds (77#). 3x500 m row: slowest time 2:05.
