Wednesday, August 15, 2012. Okay, so my 25 salad challenge hasn't started yet, but I'm getting some practice in before the big start day arrives! Tonight I made tuna salad! It was soooo yummy! Simple, delicious, healthy. Just the way it should be. When I was taking a picture of the salad, Loralei was like,"Mama, take a picture of my sandwich! Take a picture of me eating! So, here are those pictures as well- per Loralei's request! 2- 5 oz. cans tuna, drained. 2 carrots, shredded or grated. 1 tbs light mayo.

For some of you who know me, this may not be a big surprise, but these are different than my usual erratic thoughts! A friend of mine came over to the ranch to trust me, and my far from professional photography skills, to take pictures of her kiddos. I can't eat anything with fructose ( most all fruits, honey and sweeteners). If you are fructose intolerant, you can't have fructans which are found in wheat and rye I am also gluten intolerant.
