The everyday joys of life. Thursday, February 24, 2011. Making your own laundry soap. All right ladies. Here is how you make your own laundry soap. What you will need:. 1 box Super Washing Soda. 1 bar of soap (I use Fels-Napha. But you can you Ivory,or Zolt.). 1 5 gallon bucket with lid (can get at lowes or homedepot). Food Processor or cheese grater. Drill with an attachment that mixes cement. (can buy at home depot for less than $10). 1 cup soap for a full load. 1/2 cup soap for a half load.

Tuesday, June 22, 2010. I ran in the Susan G Komen Race for the Cure the weekend before last (June 12) here in Plano, TX. It was a 5k, so it wasn't too bad. To the left is me and Josh Williams, a good friend and coworker. Josh and I went to Southeastern together. He's running for his mom, and we're both running for Katrina Owens. Wednesday, May 26, 2010. Saturday, January 31, 2009. A much needed update. How quickly our days, weeks, and months fill. Jarrett finished up football. They made the playoffs! David's grandfather passed away on Thanksgiving day. Jarrett still misses him and talks about him consistently. We visited the USS Midway museum for a school field trip this week, and he said, "I wish great-grandpa could come back for just one day to see this.". What a glorious time of year!
