Monday, May 12, 2008. It was a weekend of celebrating! Friday Jarrett and I went to Chuck E. Cheese to celebrate Morgan's 3rd birthday (my friend's daughter)! Jarrett had a great time playing with Aiden . it is amazing how quickly children grow up. Happy Birthday Morgan! After the service, we went up to David's parents' home to celebrate Mother's Day with ALL the Moms! About 7 years ago I went to a ladies Christmas get-together where we were asked to bring our most meaningful ornament (show and tell kind of thing). I was sad, because as I looked at my tree, I had no special treasure to bring. My tree was adorned like a department store tree - beautiful, but little meaning. Sunday, June 13, 2010. 105 Degrees and it's only June! We are melting away! We've been having days of 105 and that's not even the heat-index temperature of 110! The soon to be 2-year-old birthday boy likes to vocalize "No" on a daily basis, and "Yay," followed by clapping when he's proud of himself. Must wear a hat so we don't melt outside. Hands on the face when I say cheese! Climbing on Mischa before getting pictures taken. Too tired for pictures. I cant believe how big Alexander is getting!

Tuesday, March 30, 2010. Sticks and Dirt - 20 Months. Sticks, dirt and digging, make this boy very happy! We've had nice weather recently, so it's been great to play outside again. Alexander can't get enough of the outdoors. Hopefully the weather will not warm up too quickly because that means bugs, bugs and more bugs. The East Coast has many different bugs and weather challenges with each season, unlike mild CA! Spring, please stay with us until June and keep away the heat and humidty.

Tuesday, June 22, 2010. I ran in the Susan G Komen Race for the Cure the weekend before last (June 12) here in Plano, TX. It was a 5k, so it wasn't too bad. To the left is me and Josh Williams, a good friend and coworker. Josh and I went to Southeastern together. He's running for his mom, and we're both running for Katrina Owens. Wednesday, May 26, 2010. Monday, October 27, 2008. The yard is done! Newborn broke his foot in 4 places we found out today. We still have to see an orthopedic dr. The boys were rough housing and all I can get out of them is that they "bonked" into each other. He'll probably just have a walking cast. He's OK. My boys were so amazed by this "real" witch. .
