As the season of summer squash is here, I hope you'll try this recipe. 6 Asian Couza Squash (Halved lengthwise). 1 pound of sweet pork sausage (taken out of its casing). 1/2 dozen cremini mushrooms (chopped). 1 small onions (minced). 2 gloves of garlic (minced). 1/4 cup of basil (minced). Wednesday, April 18, 2012. Mangalorean Fish Fry (Kaidina Meen). I would like to share this recipe with you all, it's been a timeless favorite for me. It is basically my mom's recipe. Every Mangalorean household may have it's own twist. It is very simple to make too. I like dishes that are quick to prepare and yummy to devour. 1 tbsp Kashmiri red chili powder (I did not have it at hand so used 2 tsp regular hot red chili powder- Kashmiri chili powder will give you a nice paste and won't be super hot).

Saturday, September 24, 2011. A Beautiful Baby Shower. Recently, I had the honor of attending a beautiful book-themed baby shower for my good friend Jessica! It was one of the most darling showers I have ever been to, and it was easy to see that the three hostesses put lots of love and attention into all of the little details. For more on the shower, visit my dear friend Anna's blog. As she was one of the fabulous hostesses! I had tried the whoopie pies once before (click here. 1 lb semi sweet chocolate.
