http://cookerycorner.blogspot.com/2009/03/bloggerific-meal.html
Thursday, March 12, 2009. A couple nights ago our dinner was a combination of recipes picked from fellow bloggers and it was extremely delicious so wanted to post here -. On the Menu : Indira's Gongura Pappu. Anitta's Naadan Mutta Roast. Egg curry) - but i made a slightly drier version than what she has. A close-up of the Gongura pappu - i don't even need rice with it. it's tasty as-is and I have it like a thick soup. My white pumpkin uses were usually limited to Olan. Or as an addition to Morkuzhambu.

Aloo Gobi - Holy Cow! Vegan Recipes
http://holycowvegan.net/2009/05/aloo-gobi.html
Why Am I A Vegan? May 19, 2009. Aloo Gobi is one of those dishes that you’re almost certain to find on the menu of any Indian restaurant– that’s just how popular it is. I adapted this recipe from Madhur Jaffrey’s World Vegetarian. Jaffrey deep-fries the cauliflower and the potatoes separately, but I can’t be bothered with the fat and the time and fuss required to do this, so I just put my ingredients in one after the other. The result was delicious and healthier minus all the fat. It’ll be back soon.

WISH YOU ALL A MERRY CHRISTMAS! One of the cakes I love is the Christmas Fruit cake loaded with dried fruits and nuts and rightly flavored with aromatic spices. I am not much of a baker, but I love baking this great tasting Fruit Cake that is probably one of the most popular cakes during Christmas in India and sold in most Bakeries during the Holiday Season. 4 cups Dry Fruits like Raisins, Dates, Cherries, Fig, Apricots. 4 cups All purpose flour (Maida). 2 cups nuts like cashews, walnuts and almonds.

Akshayapaatram: Rustic bread salad - Panzanella
http://www.akshayapaatram.com/2009/02/rustic-bread-salad-panzanella.html
Monday, February 09, 2009. Rustic bread salad - Panzanella. I would call this a bhel puri. Made with bread instead, its that. I watched a show on food network a few months back where, I don't remember who, was making a bread salad called Panzanella. Panzanella is a Tuscan dish whipped up by yet another enterprising cook, who like me might have had loads of. Day old bread lying around. ( stale. Just doesn't sound appetizing). Another innovative dish to use up day old bread. Panzanella - Bread salad. 2 tsp...
