Thursday, July 19, 2012. Here are some pictures from the past month. Not too much has been going on- it's too hot to have anything going on. I've tried to keep the girls inside as much as possible. It's unreal how hot it is. Needless to say- we are extra excited to see some snow this winter! Emily is growing like a weed! She has 6 teeth now and is offically army crawling everywhere. Several years ago, my side of the family gave up doing gift exchanges (except for the kiddos) and instead we each take a turn picking an organization and all donating to it. I love this…especially since buying gifts is stressful to me. This year it was our turn, and we chose Operation Christmas Child. I have been participating since I was in college and now am elated to be doing it with my kiddos. Peter chucking the balls everywhere.

Thursday, May 30, 2013. And James is here, too! The advent of the iPad in our lives has meant that the grandparents get videos and emails occasionally and was nearly the death of the blog! Parenting older children takes more energy and interruptions to sleep for the past year from pregnancy and a newborn have called for extra videos and book sessions on the couch to make it through the day!
