Wednesday, 29 June 2011. Day 30 - Now That's CREEPY. Day 30 and one third of the way there. Exercises are starting to get challenging and really feeling the burn. BRING IT Baby. One thing that Patrick mentioned in an email was to focus on your inspirational person, which in my case is "Triathlon Guy". However, I find it is better to focus on a different image for each exercise. While doing "THE CREEP" I find one image particularly helpful . You don't want to know what image I think of during a pull up.

Well I am not complaining but how excited can you get when there are no more countdown dinner binges leading up to your birthday? We had extra veg, no dessert, just coffee. Tuesday, July 12, 2011. Well blogging after almost a week, sorry for that. Food is perfectly on target, exercises were a bit wayward at start of the week but are now in a rhythm. I am seeing improvement in legs,triceps and bicep exercises. My weak points are still skipping (not more than 100 in a go), chest dips and pull ups. Life has been extremely extremely busy, work, studies,pcp, house hunt . All at the same time. I am getting 5-6 hr sleep at best and this will continue for next 2 month.
