Increase in Lean Body Weight is the winner! Realize that you will have to train hard, eat well and stay focused. Write you goal down, or print it out, and tape it next to your light switch, your mirror, your desk, beside your bed etc. Read this every day, slowly and out loud. Make this goal YOU!
