Friday, March 11, 2011. Day 56, 34 more to go. Thank goodness I am on this PCP program. if I was not- I would be drinking lots of alcohol right now. Need to leave work now and go do my workouts- my new way of surviving a really bad day. March 11, 2011 at 4:40 PM. Way to be strong Dottie. Hope tomorrow is better for you. March 11, 2011 at 4:55 PM. Tuesday, March 29, 2011. Day 74, 16 days to go. Everyone thanks for your support and boost. Missing all the workouts and fun have really had an impact. Interested read from Patrick yesterday- as what he is talking about is exactly is what has been happening to me. I have been in slump and not on natural crack. but never had the issue when working out on the program. felt real good and happy to be back on track at it again. March 29, 2011 at 3:32 PM. Sorry about your uncle. March 29, 2011 at 4:53 PM.

Wednesday, March 30, 2011. Day 75, 15 days to go. Okay- thought that I was on the rise and was able to blast out the rest of this project with everyone. well- I feel like I got kicked in the stomach. but really it is in the back. Couldnt do the work out last night because pain in back and arm was excruciating. I woke up through the night with lower back pain. real sharp. and got up this morning not being able to stand up straight. BAD NEWS . BAD NEWS. BAD NEWS! I pretty much have missed at least 3-4 week...

Jan 31, 2011. Day 17 - Two new lessons. 1 I find pull ups REALLY tough. This will be a good personal challenge. 2 It seems that there is also a poledancing class at 2pm on a Monday. Happy days. 14/15/16 - An action packed weekend. It's amazing how much you can fit into a weekend when you put your mind to it! I've said all the way through that I'm determined that a healthy lifestyle won't turn me into a recluse, and this weekend I set out to prove it. This morning I woke up feeling great! Jan 28, 2011.

The Peak Condition Project - Andy F.: Not enough blogging, not enough sleeping, but plenty of exercise and plenty of results

http://thepeakconditionproject-andyf.blogspot.com/2011/04/not-enough-blogging-not-enough-sleeping.html

Tuesday, April 12, 2011. Not enough blogging, not enough sleeping, but plenty of exercise and plenty of results. Once again, though, a great feeling of accomplishment when I was finally through both 9 minute sets, and pushed for a few minutes more. After an evening snack of a banana smoothie (whoever had the original idea for smoothies in our group – I think it was Heather – THANK YOU! I of course erred on the safe side, and very likely I did 6 sets altogether. April 13, 2011 at 12:56 AM. The card system...

The Peak Condition Project - David M: March 2011

http://thepeakconditionproject-davidm.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html

Thursday, March 24, 2011. The weekend begins here in the UAE tonight and its been a long week, but on the whole a good PCP one. Feeling back on it this week- workouts are going well and diet has been good too. Going to get the most out of this last month, weight continues to go the right way, stomach muscles are occasionally visible and things are looking tighter. Sunday, March 20, 2011. Day 65 still here. Getting more compliments and questions but no one has got past the magic 3 enquiries yet. Off to a ...

The Peak Condition Project - Juan: Day 77: one PCP cycle a year, but what to do in between?

http://thepeakconditionproject-juan.blogspot.com/2011/04/day-77-one-pcp-cycle-year-but-what-to.html

Friday, April 1, 2011. Day 77: one PCP cycle a year, but what to do in between? Aren't we all close to feeling a deep burn in the brain? I feel about PCP as my left leg on rep 7 of the final set of pistol squats this week. Deep muscle burn sends a dual signal to my head, a) a great and pleasurable satisfaction, b) a great and painful yearn to put an end to it. To be honest, this is seldom the case for planks, which send only capital "B" signals. And then, right after Christmas, do a PCP cycle every year.

The Peak Condition Project - Chris: Day 88: auspicious day

http://thepeakconditionproject-chris.blogspot.com/2011/04/day-88-auspicious-day.html

Tuesday, April 12, 2011. Day 88: auspicious day. I would like to remember the ease, flow and strength of today's workout. Because tomorrow looks like a humdinger. of course I looked. April 12, 2011 at 4:50 PM. Sounds like you had a good few days of repair this week. Sleep and protein! April 12, 2011 at 5:58 PM. I had to ban my crackberry on day 70ish. April 12, 2011 at 6:10 PM. But hey. just 2 more days. two more! Good luck, i really like that we can still, at day 88, see improvements on these workouts!

Saturday, April 9, 2011. WiFi on the plane compensates for airplane food. My journey to Kenya is now ongoing. I will be arriving tomorrow night in Nairobi. My rope is packed right on top, waiting for me to catch up. Wish you all a glorious final week. I'll keep my posts short and few from here till day 90 as internet access won't always be possible where I'm going. But I shall put a lot of thought and conciseness into my day 90 post and I'll look forward to sharing our victory. Stay strong!

Friday, April 15, 2011. Final pix up. Final post still being drafted. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). What IS The Peak Condition Project? The Peak Condition Project is a program created by wellness expert Patrick Reynolds and fitness trainer Chen Zhongtao. Sunday, April 17, 2011. Kicked out of the Nest. Time to leave the nest of the PCP. Day 90 (actually.Day 93) - final post as a PCP-er. Although perhaps we are now PCP-ers for life! Wow, so much to say. I. I might have been the oldest PCPer in this group of 26 team participants.by the way, congratulations to EVERYBODY for completing the Project! I entered the PCP 51 years. http://thepeakconditionproject-nick.blogspot.com/2011/04/day-80-final-stretch.html

Sunday, April 3, 2011. Day 80 - Final Stretch. Having said that, definitely keen to keep the morning jumprope routine post PCP. Instead of going into the office previously with eyes half shut and head feeling fuzzy, it really does help to get everything revved up and ready for the day in terms of energy, instead of the previous lethargy I felt every morning. Gotta keep the morning cardio! Rock it out. Got to love Mondays. April 4, 2011 at 4:32 AM. Cool about your golf swing - - last 10 days here we come!

Monday, February 28, 2011. Day 45 Half way there and more than half way to go. Well, like a lot of you, this is a bitter sweet moment for me. I am proud of my accomplishments thus far, however I am not yet half way to my goal and here we are half way through the PCP. So, once again, I will just acknowledge the fact that my PCP will go on beyond the 90 days. I suppose this is what it is all about any way. I have a shin splint in my right leg. (Haven't had one of these in years.). Body aches all over today.

Friday, April 15, 2011. Day 90 Pics @ 73-75kg and 17% body fat. Time for some new trousers. Inspired by Vittorio-though not as impressive. Fitter,certainly-though more gormless. Eating healthily is simple. I really like and want to eat vegetables. I really like eating (at least) 6 times a day. The connection between my diet and my body is real, if I eat crap I look crap. Going to the gym without eating carefully is useless. I always knew I liked skipping for a good reason. An average apple weighs 170gms.

Monday, August 30, 2010. This program has brought me back to myself. Through a combination of common sense diet, simple (and hard) exercise, and the support of incredible people who live around the world, I was able to make decisions that lead me back to life. Look at this elegant babe:. Naoko, my sweet age mate. Royce, shooting star blazing and gone. Elena, elegant striving New Yorker. Jenny, honest, beautiful yearning young woman. Kowhai, down under loyal, plain speaking achiever. To strive for the Peak.

Wednesday, December 16, 2009. Eat your greens.Adios. Eat your greens Denise….Day 90. WOW….can’t believe it has been 90 days since we all started this amazing journey. I bet that most of us choose different reasons for doing this program. For me…several factors were in play. Fat loss: I had been slowly gaining weight. Over the past 3 years. Even though I was exercising (running on treadmill, elliptical and some (loosely used term) free weights. SO, here are some not so scientific observations:. Improved s...

I've managed to grab an hour a day for the exercises and so have been completing almost everything. I am really chuffed that I have continued to fit it in. Can't say I have anything more original to say than what has already been said, but I can detail what going through and completing the PCP has done for me:. I have established better eating habits. 1) Eating and drinking till I am satisfied, not full. 2) Eating 5-6 smaller portions a day. 3) Eating healthy, well-balanced meals. Patrick/Chen, thank you ...
