The Peak Condition Project - Heather C: Day 80 Took me 80 days

http://thepeakconditionproject-heatherc.blogspot.com/2011/04/day-81-took-me-81-days.html

Monday, April 4, 2011. Day 80 Took me 80 days. Tonight I shortened my rope. I can't believe how much easier the jumping went. Not that 21 minutes is easy at all. I actually sweat more than I ever had so far. But really, did it take me 80 days to realize this? Anyhow, no dice on more sleep last night. Wyatt up at 10:30pm, 12:15pm, 2am, and 5am for the day. No fever this time, just a whole bunch of teeth coming in. Diet was ok today. Did jumps and 8MA only, gotta get some sleep. April 5, 2011 at 3:43 AM.

The Peak Condition Project - Heather C: Day 88 Sentimental

http://thepeakconditionproject-heatherc.blogspot.com/2011/04/day-88-sentimental.html

Tuesday, April 12, 2011. With only 2 more days left of this thing I'm feeling sentimental. Could I still be hormonal from giving birth 9 months ago? Nahhhh. I guess I just have a love for the PCP. Did I just say that? Sara and Sarah will fall over if they ever read this. For some reason I've been walking around in my underwear lately. Any one else? Day 89: bring it on (although I peeked and I do not like it already). Yeah day 89 was a serious turn-off for waking up early to get it done! Take it off BABY!

The Peak Condition Project - Heather C: March 2011

http://thepeakconditionproject-heatherc.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html

Tuesday, March 29, 2011. Day 74 Kids Rule. Saturday, March 26, 2011. Day 71 New Photos. New photos up. All is well. 8MA every day. Still a lot of progress to be made. Will keep plugging. PS Sorry - up most of the night with baby. I look a bit scary. Tuesday, March 22, 2011. Day 67 Not Perfect. Anyway, as always, I love reading my teams' posts. I love my team and I will definitely see this thing through, but I will have to come to terms with not being 'perfectly PCP'. Thursday, March 17, 2011. Any way, lo...

Jan 31, 2011. Day 17 - Two new lessons. 1 I find pull ups REALLY tough. This will be a good personal challenge. 2 It seems that there is also a poledancing class at 2pm on a Monday. Happy days. 14/15/16 - An action packed weekend. It's amazing how much you can fit into a weekend when you put your mind to it! I've said all the way through that I'm determined that a healthy lifestyle won't turn me into a recluse, and this weekend I set out to prove it. This morning I woke up feeling great! Jan 28, 2011.

The Peak Condition Project - David M: March 2011

http://thepeakconditionproject-davidm.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html

Thursday, March 24, 2011. The weekend begins here in the UAE tonight and its been a long week, but on the whole a good PCP one. Feeling back on it this week- workouts are going well and diet has been good too. Going to get the most out of this last month, weight continues to go the right way, stomach muscles are occasionally visible and things are looking tighter. Sunday, March 20, 2011. Day 65 still here. Getting more compliments and questions but no one has got past the magic 3 enquiries yet. Off to a ...

The Peak Condition Project - Juan: Day 77: one PCP cycle a year, but what to do in between?

http://thepeakconditionproject-juan.blogspot.com/2011/04/day-77-one-pcp-cycle-year-but-what-to.html

Friday, April 1, 2011. Day 77: one PCP cycle a year, but what to do in between? Aren't we all close to feeling a deep burn in the brain? I feel about PCP as my left leg on rep 7 of the final set of pistol squats this week. Deep muscle burn sends a dual signal to my head, a) a great and pleasurable satisfaction, b) a great and painful yearn to put an end to it. To be honest, this is seldom the case for planks, which send only capital "B" signals. And then, right after Christmas, do a PCP cycle every year.

http://thepeakconditionproject-chris.blogspot.com/2011/04/day-88-auspicious-day.html

Tuesday, April 12, 2011. Day 88: auspicious day. I would like to remember the ease, flow and strength of today's workout. Because tomorrow looks like a humdinger. of course I looked. April 12, 2011 at 4:50 PM. Sounds like you had a good few days of repair this week. Sleep and protein! April 12, 2011 at 5:58 PM. I had to ban my crackberry on day 70ish. April 12, 2011 at 6:10 PM. But hey. just 2 more days. two more! Good luck, i really like that we can still, at day 88, see improvements on these workouts!

http://thepeakconditionproject-davidm.blogspot.com/2011/04/reflections.html

Friday, April 15, 2011. Day 90 Pics @ 73-75kg and 17% body fat. Time for some new trousers. Inspired by Vittorio-though not as impressive. Fitter,certainly-though more gormless. Eating healthily is simple. I really like and want to eat vegetables. I really like eating (at least) 6 times a day. The connection between my diet and my body is real, if I eat crap I look crap. Going to the gym without eating carefully is useless. I always knew I liked skipping for a good reason. An average apple weighs 170gms.

Saturday, April 9, 2011. WiFi on the plane compensates for airplane food. My journey to Kenya is now ongoing. I will be arriving tomorrow night in Nairobi. My rope is packed right on top, waiting for me to catch up. Wish you all a glorious final week. I'll keep my posts short and few from here till day 90 as internet access won't always be possible where I'm going. But I shall put a lot of thought and conciseness into my day 90 post and I'll look forward to sharing our victory. Stay strong!

Sunday, April 17, 2011. Kicked out of the Nest. Time to leave the nest of the PCP. Day 90 (actually.Day 93) - final post as a PCP-er. Although perhaps we are now PCP-ers for life! Wow, so much to say. I. I might have been the oldest PCPer in this group of 26 team participants.by the way, congratulations to EVERYBODY for completing the Project! I entered the PCP 51 years. Sunday, April 3, 2011. Day 80 - Final Stretch. Having said that, definitely keen to keep the morning jumprope routine post PCP. Instead of going into the office previously with eyes half shut and head feeling fuzzy, it really does help to get everything revved up and ready for the day in terms of energy, instead of the previous lethargy I felt every morning. Gotta keep the morning cardio! Rock it out. Got to love Mondays. April 4, 2011 at 4:32 AM. Cool about your golf swing - - last 10 days here we come!

Tuesday, July 14, 2009. Day 90: The Loneliness at the Peak. Well, that's not the title you expected, was it? Yesterday marked 90 days for me. I guess now I get a big "COMPLETE" stamp on my blog header (I've told Patrick I'd prefer updated pictures since the me of 90 days ago looks a little different than the me of today). This is what I've taken out of the project. If you've watched and wondered for the past three months, this is it. How did she know? I thought. How did she sense my frustration? Lonely&#...

Saturday, October 2, 2010. What I've learned - pt. 1 - food. So I'm done. I still can't believe that I made it. I've been so hungry. The fiber is an amazing wonder. Before doing pcp, I was aware in an abstract way that food is the body's fuel and that what you eat affects how you feel, but since I'd always been eating the same things I couldn't really see how better food makes you feel better. Now I've felt it and lived it and it's so clear how much what you eat affects how you feel. 91 Day 90 wrap up.

Tuesday, October 27, 2009. What I ate and what I didn't. On the birthday I consumed:. One glass of champagne. A bite of a donut - I normally would have finished the donut even if it was horrible but I couldn't help but think 'it is sooo not worth it'. I had this box of Belgian chocolates that came with a birthday gift. I gave all the chocolate away except for one piece. Had one bite and then threw the rest away. Tonight I run. Whee! Wednesday, November 10, 2010. Day 3 - PCP redux. Well, folks -. After a great PCP, I've slipped off the wagon. I was hamstrung twice - once with my father dying three weeks after PCP ended, and twice with the development of Achilles tendinitis almost immediately after I started getting back on track (which, truthfully, I could have worked around. Equally truthfully, I didn't. Instead I sulked and overindulged). Eventually, it occurred to me that waiting. Thursday, April 15, 2010. Well, first off -. It ha...

Friday, April 16, 2010. That went fast but slow. Hard but well, hard. I'm sad to say I didn't do this 100%. But I'm totally happy with my progress. I moved a household of four people and one dog during this process. As well, I have gone from having a 6 week old baby to a 4 month old baby. I've lost 26 pounds. Most importantly, I've learned how to eat again. Can't eat chips any more. I used to love them. Now they're disgusting. I'd rather have fruit. Friday, April 2, 2010. Wednesday, March 31, 2010. Wednesday, June 1, 2011. Some thoughts after PCP. So, a couple of days after PCP, I tried to re adjust myself into a "normal" life, only realizing that it is not the same as it used to be. For example, my fingers got all puffy in the morning from the salt that I ate the previous day. It was not that salty because I cooked by myself using a moderate amount of ingredients. Behold the power of salt. At National Geographic, which I did a while ago. No wonder they are all large. Weight: 60.2kg - 53.8kg. In 3 ...

Thursday, December 16, 2010. Alright. it's been several days and, much like the rest of the team, I keep thinking I'll have a nice inspired post to wrap everything up. I get little pieces of what I want to write, but it doesn't flow the way I want, so now I'll just get going with it. I dropped a to-go pizza from a local restaurant into my diet this week and, boy, did that drag me down. The next day I woke up thirsty and sluggish. basically miserable. Oh yeah, that's here to stay. Food now. She's been...
