The Peak Condition Project - Amy W: September 2009
http://thepeakconditionproject-amyw.blogspot.com/2009_09_01_archive.html
Sunday, September 27, 2009. Finally took some photos.I really do not like getting my picture taken.and will also take one in the fab new dress! Until then, thought this was a lovely shot of the dress itself. Seriously, would NEVER have tried this on before. An Endorsement and I missed you guys! As we connected with folks, there were a few questions and comments that were heard quite often and most of all, I thought that the sleep deprivation would do me in. You see, as a new parent, there is so much you ...

The Peak Condition Project - Mike: Day 81
http://thepeakconditionproject-mike.blogspot.com/2009/10/day-81.html
Tuesday, October 20, 2009. Tomorrow when I go I'll have to poke my head in the gym so I can do my homework. Also, day EIGHTY ONE? The heck did that happen? October 20, 2009 at 7:18 PM. Dude, I used to work getting multilateral aid to the education sector of Turkmenistan. Did you just pull that out of your ass? October 20, 2009 at 8:47 PM. Do you know Iveta? Nah, for real a lot of comparative education is about Africa, but what isnt is about the post-Soviets, so yeah, thats what I read about.

The Peak Condition Project - E: October 2009
http://thepeakconditionproject-e.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
Friday, October 30, 2009. Today is all wrong. That just seems to be the best way to describe it. No jumps. No strength exercises. No measuring the food. No portion allotments. Nothing. Although I was loathe to do so, I took a break from the PCP lifestyle due to much encouragement for the contrary. I guess the best way to think of is as another experiment in indulgences. So, what have I snacked on so far? 8212Some swiss and munster cheese (about 7 pieces). 8212Two donut holes (a plain and a powdered).

The Peak Condition Project - E: Day 92: End Title
http://thepeakconditionproject-e.blogspot.com/2009/11/day-92-end-title.html
Sunday, November 1, 2009. Day 92: End Title. Well, this is it—my final post to this blog, which has been a part of my life for three full months. What can I say—it has been an incredible journey! I know the question on everyone's mind is: "Did E manage to survive Halloween or was the temptation so great that he succumb to the delectable heavenly sweetness of sugar and carbs to the point where they had to roll him home like the Blueberry Girl from Willy Wonka. To Anshuman, Mike, and Jessica̵...

The Peak Condition Project - Mike: November 2009
http://thepeakconditionproject-mike.blogspot.com/2009_11_01_archive.html
Monday, November 9, 2009. Thing is, isn't like every treat in aisle 5 the same thing? Some fat, some sugar, some flavor. Why do people get grossed out at berries covered in crisco but chow down a Little Debbie cupcake? I say good luck to everyone else, this was fun, keep at it and enjoy life. Patrick, sorry about the delay, last week was.eventful. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). There are really just two types of people:. Hose who say 'I can't' and those who say 'I can'.". The Peak Condition Project - Mike: Day 83 - Goals Smoals
http://thepeakconditionproject-mike.blogspot.com/2009/10/day-83-goals-smoals.html
Thursday, October 22, 2009. Day 83 - Goals Smoals. The latest Zen is Stupid touched on something that I think about a lot. The discussion was about what we set goals for, and how goals themselves can become an attachment. As I near the end of my PCP, I thought I might reflect on this here. I've thought about this in two areas: fitness and education. I'll start with fitness. My goal with the PCP was to get in excellent shape, that I would carry through the winter. Do you see what's happened there? I've go...

The Peak Condition Project - E: Day 90: What's The Time? Zero Hour!
http://thepeakconditionproject-e.blogspot.com/2009/10/day-90-whats-time-zero-hour.html
Thursday, October 29, 2009. Day 90: What's The Time? Sorry about that. Had to indulge my "superhero" fantasy. Making it all the way to Day 90 really has made me feel like those cartoon idols I worshiped as a kid. I feel so much better than the average person! Stay tuned, for this is not the end! The Peak Condition Project - Anshuman: Day 89 Or Day 84. PCP Blues !!
http://thepeakconditionproject-anshuman.blogspot.com/2009/10/day-89-or-day-84-pcp-blues.html
Wednesday, October 28, 2009. Day 89 Or Day 84. PCP Blues! Just read E's entry for T-2. He is the Sean of our group. Am pretty excited for him and for everyone of us but i have done something which is pretty disappointing. It might have something to do with the fear of what lies beyond PCP but it could just be a rationalization that my mind is coming up with. Here is what happened. October 28, 2009 at 11:09 AM. Im right there with you, man! You can do it! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). The Peak Condi...

Sunday, September 27, 2009. Day: 58. Too many Digressions. Champagne, Red Wine, Gratin - oh My! The usual weekly measurement. A glass of Champagne. A glass of red wine Chicken Stew. Just the smallest bit of pok choy you can imagine :). (This was the only PCP friendly stuff). Cheese Cake (Generous Serving) Dessert Wine. Even the PCP indulgence was not as bad as this one. My wife was nudging me to stop but i don't know what happened :). I did enjoy the food but the guilt came knocking right after. Seeing s...
