The Peak Condition Project - Patrick

Wednesday, July 13, 2011. Day 90 - COMPLETE! I don't know exactly what to say. I know I am going to be short and sweet on this blog that is for sure. I am off in an hour and a half for a 14 hour flight to NY. My first non-PCP meal is going to be airline food! I will post the final pics in a few days and say some more but for now, I can just say, I am so amazed at this program, the results and honestly, what I was able to accomplish! From January 1st of this year, I lost a total of 19.5 kilos / 43 lbs.

The Peak Condition Project - Patrick: June 2011

http://www.thepeakconditionproject-patrick.blogspot.com/2011_06_01_archive.html

Saturday, June 25, 2011. Day 73 - Can't manage to keep my shirt on! Hey guys. A little less than three weeks left and if I am being honest, I am looking forward to day 90 and a nice holiday! I unfortunately or fortunately, depending on how you look at it, fly off to New York on a three week vacation on day 91 on a 6am flight! Nothing like NY Pizza and Chinese food to test my ability to put into action what I have learned about eating and exercise ha? Home stretch team Thor! Friday, June 17, 2011. Hello a...

The Peak Condition Project - Patrick: Day 60 - 30 days to go!

http://www.thepeakconditionproject-patrick.blogspot.com/2011/06/day-60-30-days-to-go.html

Monday, June 13, 2011. Day 60 - 30 days to go! Here we are on the final stretch! 60 days down and 30 to go! I am feeling really good on the progress but I want to see some more of the visceral fat burned off in the next 30 days. I have been doing extra cardio at night in desperate need for the flat stomach! Darn it if that stomach fat isn't stubborn! Guess it's not that easy at 42 as it was when I was 25! June 13, 2011 at 9:52 PM. Dont be so harsh on yourself, take a look at your week 1 photos!

Saturday, May 28, 2011. Stuck in the hotel doing 8 min abs! Unfortunately all efforts today have been cancelled due to the Typhoon so I am stuck in the hotel room doing 8 minute abs twice already! Here are some video and photo's of yesterday for anyone interested. Http:/ www.flickr.com/photos/63419767@N05/. Tsunami relief effort update. First let me say a hardy congratulations to all of those PCP'ers who have recently finished! I felt the exercise in the morning (that's right, I am still exercising!

http://www.thepeakconditionproject-patrick.blogspot.com/2011/06/day-65-tantalizingly-close.html

Friday, June 17, 2011. Day 65 - Tantalizingly close! Hello all. Well day 65 is here and as expected, I have gained more knowledge about health and my body than I ever expected. Is it me or does Patrick have an uncanny way of giving us information about our bodies, health, life or whatever at the exact moment that you start to wonder about it? It's amazing to me how spot on he is all the time. Amazingly helpful! Having some veggies and protein at night is a nice treat. Also, you guys all look fantastic!

The Peak Condition Project - John: Day 27 - The journey continues

http://thepeakconditionproject-johns.blogspot.com/2011/05/day-27-journey-continues.html

Wednesday, May 11, 2011. Day 27 - The journey continues. Some random thoughts on the progress and changes to body:. Keeping as much as possible to the diet program. I had two bites of chocolate on Monday, but everything else is going swimmingly. For some reason (I think Patrick already mentioned it), I've had an on-again, off-again headache this week. Think its the body continuing to adjust to its new-found heightened performance (and lack of crap in the system ;-). I have to say, I'm pretty proud of the...

Wednesday, July 13, 2011. Day 90 - Thank You. Final photos are up on flickr. But below is a before and after. Sunday, July 3, 2011. Update from the Tanita Body Composition Analyser. Sunday, July 3, 2011. Fat Mass 7.4kg. Fat % 9.4%. Sunday, April 24, 2011. Fat Mass 17.2kg. Fat % 19.6%. Saturday, July 2, 2011. Imagine a catapult fired at your balls. This is what happened when the band slipped off the wall during lat pull-downs at full extension, an inch lower and I would have lost 11kg and 4inches. Indulge...

Sunday, May 29, 2011. Day 45.the countdown begins tomorrow. Anyway last night was my 7th saturday night in a row without a drink - i have gone 48 days so far without any booze and decided to "celebrate" Friday with a mocktail at the ritz upstairs from work with my wife - oh what a wild life we lead nowadays! Wednesday, May 25, 2011. Day 42 pics are up. Day 41 . back from Singapore. Sunday, May 15, 2011. Day 31 . feeling GOOD! The Peak Condition Project - Brendon: Day 79 - All stocked up

http://thepeakconditionproject-brendon.blogspot.com/2011/07/day-79-all-stocked-up.html

Friday, July 1, 2011. Day 79 - All stocked up. Using this weekend to prep my food for the next week. Found last week that the workouts were running into time I was usually cooking or prepping food for the next day, and pushed it into the next day interrupting my usual slow start to the day I enjoy. Uploaded my pic's and measured up, still dropping, almost in free fall! But still the abs still not showing through. Weight: 79.5 (down 2 kg). Waist: 91.5 (down 1cm). Chest: 103 (no change).

Wednesday, June 29, 2011. Day 76 - The final run. While in Tokyo where ever I went and caught up with friends and work mates the talk quickly moved to the weight loss! Was nice when it started, proved that the changes were noticeable - thinking back to Patrick's email, it was quickly summarized as eating and living healthy.some accepted that, others dragged out a long and meaningful discussion testing my new found wisdom! May have some converts for you Patrick). Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Day 66...

The Peak Condition Project - Mug: April 2011

http://thepeakconditionproject-mug.blogspot.com/2011_04_01_archive.html

Wednesday, 27 April 2011. I am a bit concerned that this program with make me really ripped. which isnt what I want. I dont want to look big. I was going through some of the pictures of past PCP women and some of them look really ripped. which is too muscular for me! I just want to be leaner and actually end up smaller. I also feel like I am getting bigger. ugh! Its only been 2 weeks, your not suppose to see a different right? When do you start seeing results, after 2 months? Sunday, 24 April 2011. That ...

The Peak Condition Project - Graham: Time to Nail this and Singapore suprise

http://thepeakconditionproject-graham.blogspot.com/2011/05/time-to-nail-this-and-singapore-suprise.html

Monday, May 30, 2011. Time to Nail this and Singapore suprise. Apols for not attending to the blog for the last week but its been quite a manic time! I blame work most times, but the workouts have gotten longer, had friends in town and a great weekend in Singapore has kept me away from the laptop at home! But its def getting better. The weight loss has stopped and am actually up 1kg but am chilled in the paddock! More inches off the waist and am feeling good and a lot more fit. May 31, 2011 at 11:01 AM.

The Peak Condition Project - Nick: Day 78 - Uh oh... slipping

http://thepeakconditionproject-nicks.blogspot.com/2011/06/day-78-uh-oh-slipping.html

Thursday, June 30, 2011. Day 78 - Uh oh. slipping. Then a great mate of mine was in HK for Friday and Saturday, so we showed him the town - culminating in a 2am finish last Friday night and a pizza Saturday lunch in Stanley. a pretty much perfect week up until another major blowout last night. I am finding the final stretch really difficult. Mentally I have checked out. I am making a pact to myself to do this last 12 days perfectly, then take a week or two off and try to do the last month of the program ...

The Peak Condition Project - John: Day 4 - not a great start

http://thepeakconditionproject-johns.blogspot.com/2011/04/day-4-not-great-start.html

Monday, April 18, 2011. Day 4 - not a great start. Well, I'm back from a hellish trip to India, and do still have some major Delhi-belly. Have only been able to keep down / eat less than 1/3 my daily food. For example:. Day 1 - (April 15: Friday). Nothing eaten (that stayed down). 4-6 glasses of water / tonic water. Day 4 - (April 18: Monday). AM: 1/2 bowl oatmeal cereal with skim milk. PM: I manage to get down a 6-inch turkey sub from subway - oil and vinegar dressing. As for the workout:. Day 1 - missed.

I am not looking forward to finishing the PCP. I am afraid of gaining back the weight I have lost and falling back into old habits. I feel very healthy and energetic and yes I enjoy the workouts now. Well, not enjoy them but appreciate them. Jack's mum is a great cook and has taken the PCP food prep very seriously.

Friday, July 10, 2009. Monday, June 8, 2009. はじめてで...

Wednesday, September 30, 2009. Day 90 - It's just the beginning. Day 90 (Rather Day 92! Anyhow, this 90-days challenge is really quite cool, and aside the physical change, the PCP had brought about more realization on myself that am sure, will help me in my future endeavours. 1) Discipline - Outside in vs Inside out. 2) Public declaration / support / reminder. 3) Not-too-short term project. Sunday, 15 May 2011. Back to the blog. So I have been away from the blog for a while. Apologies for that. Work has slightly taken over in the last few weeks and some other parts of life seem to have come to the forefront and taken over. It's been a strange last part of the PCP and I definitely hold my hands up to not getting the most out of the last push to the end. That said, I take some comfort in the fact that my body has never been in better shape and my diet is still going strong. Monday, 2 May 2011.

Thursday, September 30, 2010. PCP may be over, but it never ends! Check out my latest Kung Fu Body. Links to this post. Wednesday, August 4, 2010. Headed down to Patrick's House of Pain for a post- PCP visit. He should me some new ways to torture my muscles, like hand-stand-push-ups-into-80's-break-dancing-snake and YODO Abs. Also got a taste of Kung-Fu Body, which is going to, pardon the pun, kick ass! Finally, I measured myself on the trusty PCP scale: 67.3 kilos,16.6% body fat. Links to this post.

Saturday, May 28, 2011. There is an expression that goes “Courage in the face of humility”. You’ve all shown this by openly and honestly revealing yourself, physically and emotionally, for all to see – This take courage…. I think you all rock! PCP and Patrick …. It rocks and it gives you the opportunity for something special and unique that is not out there – It takes Nutrition, Exercise, Education, Self Awareness and presents it with no BS – You do it for yourself. Nice one Patrick, and Thank You….

Wednesday, June 1, 2011. Day - 90 - The END. Ladies and Gents,. Its been a great adventure! 90 days have come and gone very fast, too fast in fact! But I almost enjoyed every moment.yes I did have a few "sense of humour failures", but all in all I loved it! I think the most important lesson I learned with PCP is that diet is so verry important, I have also learned to use spices in a better way and eat unsalted foods.which would have been un heard of before. Well done to all of you that finished the PCP!
