Sunday, 28 August 2011. Day 60 - back on track. Good work Patrick. Very impressed with your handiwork 2/3rds of the way in and each week when i think you can't step it up you go and pull something else out of the hat. 7 sets of 12 incline pull ups was the thing that got me today.7! 29 August 2011 at 01:09. http://thepeakconditionproject-traceyf.blogspot.com/2011_10_01_archive.html

Tuesday, October 4, 2011. Day 90.PCP Complete! You see I was worried, my family has a history of diabetes, blood pressure issues and heart attacks and I was really scared about going down the same path and Clive was on his way too. A big thanks to my hubby Clive I'm so proud of him, he suggested PCP and his results are outstanding no more diabetes for him and no high blood pressure. And I'm pleased with my results too. Oh and if you want to see what happened, this is where I started. And now I'm here.

The Peak Condition Project - Dominic: Downs. But not out!

http://thepeakconditionproject-dominic.blogspot.com/2011/08/downs-but-not-out.html

Wednesday, 24 August 2011. Downs But not out! Small victories. I got my family home yesterday after a prolonged stay in hospital for my wife and new daughter. I have done no training since Friday and my diet has gone too. I've tried to be good but with some stress and strain it has been tough. Small victories . she can hear in one ear and only has two holes in her heart. It breaks my heart. She is still wonderful and I promise to do my best to love and cherish her and provide as best we can. Babies are c...

The Peak Condition Project - Dominic: Spectacular fall..

http://thepeakconditionproject-dominic.blogspot.com/2011/08/spectacular-fall.html

Saturday, 13 August 2011. Off the PCP regime last night. Exercises done in the morning and the day was OK (alright, sushi rice not the best for lunch, but otherwise OK), but last night I had a thai meal and boy it was GOOD! Hot and sour soup, delicious (and not in itself so bad), but then I had a moment of weakness and had Pad Thai and curry. The moral of the story? 13 August 2011 at 03:51. Oh Dom, Clive and I just read your blog and thank you for the great insight and being an example for all of us....

http://thepeakconditionproject-clive.blogspot.com/2011/08/swimming-in-it.html

Thursday, August 11, 2011. August 14, 2011 at 1:35 AM. I had been swapping out jumprope for swimming for a while and definitely noticed it was easier. Could go for a while before getting tired. I am working hard and eating well but not getting any movement at the moment. something's got to budge soon. please. August 30, 2011 at 4:59 AM. http://thepeakconditionproject-dominic.blogspot.com/2011/08/skip-off.html

Wednesday, 3 August 2011. OK, so the July crew have had a month to practice and we can all have our on and off days. but we've got some pretty good skippers out there and Brent / Sarah seem to be the ones to beat! I count 145(ish) in one minute, but don't make the 2 minutes so can't claim to beat Sarah's 200/2 min. It's been a good week. Not hungry, training hard, and down a belt size . as I said, it's been a good week. . Http:/ www.youtube.com/watch? 3 August 2011 at 17:21. Dude youre a friggen pro!

http://thepeakconditionproject-dominic.blogspot.com/2011/08/patrick-we-have-got-to-have-chat.html

Saturday, 6 August 2011. Patrick . we have got to have a chat . Now then, over a month in to the program and yes there have been days of serious muscle burn, especially getting those legs firing again, but nothing worse that that. I.E. what I'd expect from this sort of program (and yes I have been doing them properly hence the burn). But, today . TODAY . oh my . the total DESTRUCTION of my shoulders and chest. I can hardly type in fact. But I kind of like it . is that wrong)? 6 August 2011 at 11:24.

The Peak Condition Project - Nathaly and Ramiro

Tuesday, November 16, 2010. 2 weeks post-project, Nathaly: Maintaining. I did a weigh-in this morning, about 2 weeks after the end of the program and am proud to report that I haven't gained back any weight despite definitely getting off the bandwagon in every way! Not proud about the latter half of that sentence. lol). I'm having tea for snack and opting away from cheese (about half of the time, that is.) and consistently doing half portions of dessert-y type things. Wednesday, November 3, 2010. This wh...

The Peak Condition Project - Nicholas

14 April, 2010. We made it through and I'm happy, relieved and slightly depressed at the same time, but only because I now have to keep this up on my own. I went back and did the Day 6 exercises and I completed them in 20 mins and was raring to go for more. When I think back to struggling with the pressups and how the skipping rope tangled in my feet every few seconds, it is a great and wonderful difference. I'll post a couple of pictures over the next few days. Great to have done it! 06 April, 2010.

Friday, April 15, 2011. Day 90 - The End of the Beginning. Okay, before being more prosaic, will bung up the stats for a bit of colour. The numbers speak for themselves, and can't say fairer than that. As they say in football "if you had offered me that result before the game started, I would have snapped your hand off. Now for the final snapshots. Lets start with cute and cuddly day 0. And move swiftly onto a couple from day 90. And Alright then, a back shot. Got to even that bad boy up! That really ins...

Wednesday, December 15, 2010. Final pic's will be up this weekend along with final thoughts. I have a lot to say and I want to say it well so I need a few more days. Thursday, December 9, 2010. I am not looking forward to finishing the PCP. I am afraid of gaining back the weight I have lost and falling back into old habits. I feel very healthy and energetic and yes I enjoy the workouts now. Well, not enjoy them but appreciate them. Jack's mum is a great cook and has taken the PCP food prep very seriously.

The Peak Condition Project - Osamu Hamada

Friday, July 10, 2009. Monday, June 8, 2009. はじめてで...

The weather has been absolutely beautiful and I've been doing a lot of walking. I'm just back from the produce store and I have a fridge full of delicious things to eat. I'm hoping to get in my 1400 jumps tomorrow and get rolling again. Wednesday, March 24, 2010. Now, don't fall over. but yes, I've got two posts in two days! It takes me forever. Wednesday, July 13, 2011. Day 90 - COMPLETE! I don't know exactly what to say. I know I am going to be short and sweet on this blog that is for sure. I am off in an hour and a half for a 14 hour flight to NY. My first non-PCP meal is going to be airline food! I will post the final pics in a few days and say some more but for now, I can just say, I am so amazed at this program, the results and honestly, what I was able to accomplish! From January 1st of this year, I lost a total of 19.5 kilos / 43 lbs.

Wednesday, September 30, 2009. Day 90 - It's just the beginning. Day 90 (Rather Day 92! Anyhow, this 90-days challenge is really quite cool, and aside the physical change, the PCP had brought about more realization on myself that am sure, will help me in my future endeavours. 1) Discipline - Outside in vs Inside out. 2) Public declaration / support / reminder. 3) Not-too-short term project. The Peak Condition Project - Phil

Sunday, 15 May 2011. Back to the blog. So I have been away from the blog for a while. Apologies for that. Work has slightly taken over in the last few weeks and some other parts of life seem to have come to the forefront and taken over. It's been a strange last part of the PCP and I definitely hold my hands up to not getting the most out of the last push to the end. That said, I take some comfort in the fact that my body has never been in better shape and my diet is still going strong. Monday, 2 May 2011.
