Be a master of your own mind! Seize the moment, do not let it seize you. Chris Brown, our lead trainer, was introduced to strength and conditioning programs at a young age. He played football throughout his childhood and into college. He was first team all-state selection his senior year in high school, and ranks in the top 10 in points scored in a season. He signed with Tuskegee University out of high school and played for a season there before joining the military. Monday - Friday 5a - 7p.
