Thursday, January 31, 2013. Why is the punch line always at the end of the story? 1, 5, and 6 are what questions we used in Gee’s text that provides evidence for our answers to our question. We found that the answers to the text questions we chose can be found in the Code/Patterns in each story we read. Sequence format to the stories. Hype up the story to leave you with a laugh at the end. Ending ties everything you read together. Knowing previous knowledge of the subject will make the punch line funnier.

Thursday, March 21, 2013. What are signs that girls can look for in the language of people while in a chat room to determine whether it is safe or not? Should there be some sort of control of children/teenagers with internet access? Big C Conversation (this helped me decide what to ask for my question). Why didn't A know it was an older man while she was online? Younger teens online can be dangerous. They need to be able to detect the signs of the age of the person they are chatting with.
