Thanks a lot for that great program! You guys change our lives (we hope for ever) and we feel so much better. Long life PCP (and PCPers). Wednesday, May 25, 2011. Day -4 : Organization. Can't believe we're here! But we have to suffer every day. Those super sets are quite brutal. The worst thing is after the first exercise (around the 3rd set), you're like "ahhhhhh, done". "oh oops! I have the second part! And again and again. I have to confess, I'm not working this week which makes things easier. The Pea...

Thanks a lot for that great program! You guys change our lives (we hope for ever) and we feel so much better. Long life PCP (and PCPers). Friday, May 27, 2011. Day -2 : Not what you would expect. From a lady. errr. I mean from an almost graduated PCPer. Yesterday night, I was in town for a dinner with old friends from Tokyo. and it ended up quickly to a party. I did my best with the food but had too much to drink. This morning as you can imagine, big hangover. Only one medicine, the power sets! Day -11 :...

Thanks a lot for that great program! You guys change our lives (we hope for ever) and we feel so much better. Long life PCP (and PCPers). Thursday, March 31, 2011. Day 31 - NSTR. Nothing Special To Report! Those abs feel good (after and not during) but not sure I'm ready yet for the 8 mins workout! The knee seems to quiet down a bit but I still have to watch out! Funnily enough, I miss a bit our normal push ups! I even surprised myself by doing a few this morning! Wednesday, March 30, 2011. Did my exerci...

Wednesday, March 30, 2011. Day 30 - Sold! To the man with the gold jacket from Kowloon. Today has been the hardest day ever.not soi much couse I was tired or de motivated.but because I was meant to be out, with an amazing glass of white wine in one hand and the best buttered lobster tail int he the other.to celebrate the selling of my flat in Happy Valley for an eye watering amount of money.but all I had was a few miserable eggs and some fruit. One more day then it the week end! Tuesday, March 29, 2011.

Monday, May 30, 2011. Day 91 - New beginnings (but not for the next 3 days.). I'm still having a tough time letting it sink in. Are we really past the day 90 mark? Last week was a complete blur. Literally all the elements of the universe coverged to make what was probably THE most hectic week of my life and of course it had to be the last week of PCP - I guess somebody or something out there really wanted to test me. BUT I survived so if I can handle last week I can handle anything! Now for the encore?

http://thepeakconditionproject-jose.blogspot.com/2011/05/well-done.html

Sunday, 29 May 2011. And well done to all of you on completing PCP. Hope you feel as good as I do now. Doing the week 2 workout this am was an eye opener in terms of progress. Sorry I have not been that supportive over the last few weeks on the blogs etc is nice to be back on the blog and reflect on the experience. Will be back in touch with all of you after my sesshin. Once again well done all.and thank you very much Patrick. You were right, and I am glad I let myself be persuaded to do PCP.

Sunday, May 22, 2011. Day 83 - wtf? Only 1 week to go on the PCP? What the hell am I going to do without Patrick feeding me my weekly diet and exercise plan? Scary stuff.probably quite similar to how a convict feels just before being paroled. Sunday, May 15, 2011. DAY 76 - 2 weeks left. Only 2 weeks left everyone - stay strong and let's finish the PCP with a bang! Thursday, May 5, 2011. DAY 66 - Post-indulgence. Ready for the final push. Have to lose this damn visceral fat! http://thepeakconditionproject-kristi.blogspot.com/2011/05/day-77.html

Monday, May 16, 2011. Two days is hardly long enough for the weekend. Sigh, we should all work two days and then have 5 days off. If you can’t tell I have a case of the Mondays! What I really want is an ice cream sundae. I haven’t had a single spoonful of ice cream this whole time. Perhaps that doesn’t seem like a lot to most but I am an icecreamaholic. I used to walk to the corner store at least 3 times a week for creamies. Do you all have creamie stands? May 16, 2011 at 3:06 PM. May 16, 2011 at 8:01 PM.

The Peak Condition Project - Jose: Been Rubbish at Blogging

http://thepeakconditionproject-jose.blogspot.com/2011/05/been-rubbish-at-blogging.html

Thursday, 5 May 2011. Been Rubbish at Blogging. Sorry all about the lack of blogging. Writing this before I feel Patrick is about to rightfully tell me off. particularly as we move towards the latter part of the programme I am learning more and more things about paradoxically that big stranger to me: my body. It is funny but for something we live 24hrs a day with, how little time, respect and listening we pay to our bodies. And that is on top of the jumps and the PCP workout. 6 May 2011 at 09:09.

The Peak Condition Project - Tanya: Day 84 - The stranded skipper

http://thepeakconditionproject-tanyat.blogspot.com/2011/05/day-84-stranded-skipper.html

Monday, May 23, 2011. Day 84 - The stranded skipper. Our last PCP-lite day before the supersets start. I was planning to come straight home after work and do my skips in the park however, the weather had other plans and it started raining so I ended up at the gym instead. Unexpectedly here is part 2 of my gym observation - gyms are so bloody crowded! You have got to be kidding me. I pay x amount a month to not even be able to find a measly patch of floor on which to skip? I've become quite reliant on my ...

Tuesday, November 16, 2010. First, thanks everybody for your congratulations. Simon and I are really loving our little man! Between 12:30 and 3 this morning I had an email chat with Patrick. Perhaps the time reference will tell you where this is headed. He had the sense to ask me how my PCP was going now that I have a baby. My answer: not well. The thing is, I sleep in spurts, I’m exhausted, and I just can’t give it all I’ve got. As Patrick said, why risk getting sick and why bother...So, Patrick’s...

Tuesday, August 23, 2011. Day XX - the end is in sight! I have been bad, not blogging for almost an entire month as I had been away a couple of times, and when I am around, things at work just became a bit too busy. Luckily, I have been staying on track (most days) with regards to the diet and exercises. These past few months have flown by, and I have found myself really enjoying not only the skipping and some of the exercises, but funnily enough, also the diet! Sunday, July 24, 2011. Sunday, 6 November 2011. Final Pics. Better late than never. Wednesday, 31 August 2011. WOW, its over. This feels weird. I feel a bit like I'm on a come down. The past 3months have been intense, hard work, a little depressing at times, stressful, educational, liberating, triumphant, energetic, moody. a rollercoaster! Thursday, 5 November 2009. We made it ! 12288;Then・・・・.

I wish that I could say that I was sticking my stomach out for effect in this shot. Certainly an improvement. sadly not on the hairline, but we can't expect miracles. Saturday, October 2, 2010. It's day 91 and there are peppermint patty and pb cup wrappers strewn all over my apt. .PSYCH! In all fairness, with me that's totally possible. :P Heck, on the day I met Brett (team running rats, who told me about the pcp), I offered him pork rinds and pringles at 9AM. When he said no, I just figured PRP wasn't everybody's idea of breakfast. Little did I know. I'm sure he was probably disgusted. 1) WWSD - what would sarah do. 2) There I said it, now I have to do it. I take sto...

I guess now I get a big "COMPLETE" stamp on my blog header (I've told Patrick I'd prefer updated pictures since the me of 90 days ago looks a little different than the me of today). Saturday, October 2, 2010. What I've learned - pt. 1 - food. So I'm done. I still can't believe that I made it. I've been so hungry. The fiber is an amazing wonder. Before doing pcp, I was aware in an abstract way that food is the body's fuel and that what you eat affects how you feel, but since I'd always been eating the same things I couldn't really see how better food makes you feel better. Now I've felt it and lived it and it's so clear how much what you eat affects how you feel. 91 Day 90 wrap up.
