The Peak Condition Project-Nathan: July 2011

http://www.thepeakconditionproject-nathan.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html

Friday, 29 July 2011. Sunday, 24 July 2011. After 3 weeks of saintly existence it seemed only fair to let our hair down at a wedding yesterday a little bit. The food was not too un-PCP but definitely overdid it on the booze. Skipping this morning with a hangover was the punishment - each landing each of the 1100 jumps felt like patrick was hitting the top of my head with a mallet. Loving the new exercises - can see how the planks are going to start hurting tho. Sunday, 17 July 2011. Saturday, 9 July 2011.

http://www.thepeakconditionproject-nathan.blogspot.com/2011/09/day-nearly-at-end-seriaaaaass.html

Friday, 16 September 2011. Day Nearly at The End: Seriaaaaass. Hell no. even DK'ed this weeks 1000 calorie offer of an indulgence in favour of steak/veg and a jacket spud (ok that is a still non-compliant meal esp with the glass of wine) but it was not as ordered to go completely off piste by commander P. 2 weeks to go. and only now do i realise the power of the clean rather than incline pull up as demonstrated by that ripped adonis Roland R on day 46. 16 September 2011 at 23:01. Day 73 - Abject failure.

The Peak Condition Project - Tracey: October 2011

http://thepeakconditionproject-traceyf.blogspot.com/2011_10_01_archive.html

Tuesday, October 4, 2011. Day 90.PCP Complete! You see I was worried, my family has a history of diabetes, blood pressure issues and heart attacks and I was really scared about going down the same path and Clive was on his way too. A big thanks to my hubby Clive I'm so proud of him, he suggested PCP and his results are outstanding no more diabetes for him and no high blood pressure. And I'm pleased with my results too. Oh and if you want to see what happened, this is where I started. And now I'm here.

The Peak Condition Project - Dominic: Downs. But not out!

http://thepeakconditionproject-dominic.blogspot.com/2011/08/downs-but-not-out.html

Wednesday, 24 August 2011. Downs But not out! Small victories. I got my family home yesterday after a prolonged stay in hospital for my wife and new daughter. I have done no training since Friday and my diet has gone too. I've tried to be good but with some stress and strain it has been tough. Small victories . she can hear in one ear and only has two holes in her heart. It breaks my heart. She is still wonderful and I promise to do my best to love and cherish her and provide as best we can. Babies are c...

The Peak Condition Project - Dominic: Spectacular fall..

http://thepeakconditionproject-dominic.blogspot.com/2011/08/spectacular-fall.html

Saturday, 13 August 2011. Off the PCP regime last night. Exercises done in the morning and the day was OK (alright, sushi rice not the best for lunch, but otherwise OK), but last night I had a thai meal and boy it was GOOD! Hot and sour soup, delicious (and not in itself so bad), but then I had a moment of weakness and had Pad Thai and curry. The moral of the story? 13 August 2011 at 03:51. Oh Dom, Clive and I just read your blog and thank you for the great insight and being an example for all of us....

Thursday, August 11, 2011. August 14, 2011 at 1:35 AM. I had been swapping out jumprope for swimming for a while and definitely noticed it was easier. Could go for a while before getting tired. I am working hard and eating well but not getting any movement at the moment. something's got to budge soon. please. August 30, 2011 at 4:59 AM. Wednesday, 3 August 2011. OK, so the July crew have had a month to practice and we can all have our on and off days. but we've got some pretty good skippers out there and Brent / Sarah seem to be the ones to beat! I count 145(ish) in one minute, but don't make the 2 minutes so can't claim to beat Sarah's 200/2 min. It's been a good week. Not hungry, training hard, and down a belt size . as I said, it's been a good week. . Http:/ www.youtube.com/watch? 3 August 2011 at 17:21. Dude youre a friggen pro!

The Peak Condition Project - Dominic: Patrick ... we have got to have a chat ...

http://thepeakconditionproject-dominic.blogspot.com/2011/08/patrick-we-have-got-to-have-chat.html

Saturday, 6 August 2011. Patrick . we have got to have a chat . Now then, over a month in to the program and yes there have been days of serious muscle burn, especially getting those legs firing again, but nothing worse that that. I.E. what I'd expect from this sort of program (and yes I have been doing them properly hence the burn). But, today . TODAY . oh my . the total DESTRUCTION of my shoulders and chest. I can hardly type in fact. But I kind of like it . is that wrong)? 6 August 2011 at 11:24.

The Peak Condition Project - Naoko

Sunday, August 29, 2010. Workout @ Patrick's studio. I didn't know about Day 90 workout menu. I didn't receive the email before I leave home so I know nothing about it. Ah how far I came in 90 days! How much strength I gain! Looking back the first week, I was so out of breath by jumping just 300 or so. I got sore muscles from only 4 sets of squats. I would like to thank my friend Yukiko for recommending this program to me in May. If I didn't start in June, I wasn't here now. My old pants are too big now.

Friday, January 1, 2010. Some final day photos of me on a beach in Kerala. Actually these photos were taken on my birthday on 17th December. What an amazing holiday it was and made all the better for knowing I was in peak health! Being in India it's always best for women to respect the local custom and dress modestly, even on the beach, hence the lack on bikini here, so sorry, no abs shots! A very cool moment! Saturday, November 15, 2008. DAY 90 = PCP DONE. A long life of activity, vitality, wellness, and awareness just begun . . . So it is so hard to figure out how to make a quality, meaningful, and complete last post. But I'm going to do the best I can and hopefully update from time to time in the future. Tuesday, November 16, 2010. 2 weeks post-project, Nathaly: Maintaining. I did a weigh-in this morning, about 2 weeks after the end of the program and am proud to report that I haven't gained back any weight despite definitely getting off the bandwagon in every way! 14 April, 2010. We made it through and I'm happy, relieved and slightly depressed at the same time, but only because I now have to keep this up on my own. I went back and did the Day 6 exercises and I completed them in 20 mins and was raring to go for more. When I think back to struggling with the pressups and how the skipping rope tangled in my feet every few seconds, it is a great and wonderful difference. I'll post a couple of pictures over the next few days. Great to have done it! 06 April, 2010.

Friday, April 15, 2011. Day 90 - The End of the Beginning. Okay, before being more prosaic, will bung up the stats for a bit of colour. The numbers speak for themselves, and can't say fairer than that. As they say in football "if you had offered me that result before the game started, I would have snapped your hand off. The Peak Condition Project - Nicole

Wednesday, December 15, 2010. Final pic's will be up this weekend along with final thoughts. I have a lot to say and I want to say it well so I need a few more days. Thursday, December 9, 2010. I am not looking forward to finishing the PCP. I am afraid of gaining back the weight I have lost and falling back into old habits. I feel very healthy and energetic and yes I enjoy the workouts now. Well, not enjoy them but appreciate them. Jack's mum is a great cook and has taken the PCP food prep very seriously.
