The Peak Condition Project - Nicholas

14 April, 2010. We made it through and I'm happy, relieved and slightly depressed at the same time, but only because I now have to keep this up on my own. I went back and did the Day 6 exercises and I completed them in 20 mins and was raring to go for more. When I think back to struggling with the pressups and how the skipping rope tangled in my feet every few seconds, it is a great and wonderful difference. I'll post a couple of pictures over the next few days. Great to have done it! 06 April, 2010.

The Peak Condition Project - Marissa: Day 57: 3%

http://thepeakconditionproject-marissa.blogspot.com/2010/03/day-57-3.html

Friday, March 12, 2010. So I weighed in today- I know I'm not supposed to be checking my weight, but my scale has a bodyfat measurer in it (who knows how accurate, but it's the only one I've got), and you have to let it weigh you to get to the bodyfat percentage part. The good news is that I'm down 3% in bodyfat! Busts out happy dance:. March 12, 2010 at 7:32 PM. March 12, 2010 at 9:25 PM. March 20, 2010 at 5:35 AM. Gonna bust out a Booyah, circa 1995! The Peak Condition Project - Mickey: March 2010

http://thepeakconditionproject-mickey.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html

Tuesday, March 30, 2010. Day 75 - Huh. A little physical therapy update. Last week my doctor recommended I see a PT. He said there was one in his office that was great. I thought about making an appointment with him, but it's a bit too far up-town and I figured if I have to go like 2-3x a week, I'd prefer one closer to my office. So I disregard his recommendation and begin my search. The lobby is a bit shady and shoddy looking and as it turns out — they are located on a 6th floor walk up! I mean seriousl...

The Peak Condition Project - Cory: January 2010

http://thepeakconditionproject-cory.blogspot.com/2010_01_01_archive.html

Sunday, January 31, 2010. Even though things have been busy, I still wake up and do the exercises that are mapped out in my diet and for the most part I have stuck to the diet 100%. I am looking forward to getting settled and beginning a new year, at my new place. Everything is getting much easier but I am sure the time is coming where alot more is demanded from us. Take Care and Cheers! Wednesday, January 27, 2010. Sunday, January 24, 2010. Friday, January 22, 2010. Thursday, January 21, 2010. This week...

The Peak Condition Project - Helen Jane: April 2010

http://thepeakconditionproject-helen.blogspot.com/2010_04_01_archive.html

Friday, April 16, 2010. That went fast but slow. Hard but well, hard. I'm sad to say I didn't do this 100%. But I'm totally happy with my progress. I moved a household of four people and one dog during this process. As well, I have gone from having a 6 week old baby to a 4 month old baby. I've lost 26 pounds. Most importantly, I've learned how to eat again. Can't eat chips any more. I used to love them. Now they're disgusting. I'd rather have fruit. Friday, April 2, 2010. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

The Peak Condition Project - Marissa: Day 61: I have no idea what time it is.

http://thepeakconditionproject-marissa.blogspot.com/2010/03/day-61-i-have-no-idea-what-time-it-is.html

Tuesday, March 16, 2010. Day 61: I have no idea what time it is. So Daylight Savings Time began again this weekend, and it always throws me for a loop. When DST is in effect, my body loses all sense of what time it is. I know it's only an hour's difference from standard time, but I become so time-disoriented! You know how you usually have some semi-accurate internal clock? On the plus side, it is 6:30pm and it's still gorgeously blue-skied outside. I love springtime. March 16, 2010 at 7:09 PM. The Peak Condition Project - Mickey: Day 84 - Let the count down begin

http://thepeakconditionproject-mickey.blogspot.com/2010/04/day-84-let-count-down-begin.html

Thursday, April 8, 2010. Day 84 - Let the count down begin. Alrighty folks, 6 more days to go. The last couple of days have been quite exhausting with work, and teaching and capoeira, oh and of course, PCP. Patrick also asked us to share an ab exercise. Well I have always loved Gilad, ever since his Bodies in Motion days. I used to work out to this dvd a lot before the peak. It's more about toning the core. Here is a clip of it. P90X Ab Ripper X Part 1. April 8, 2010 at 3:15 PM. April 9, 2010 at 2:23 PM.

Sunday, February 28, 2010. Day 45 - Woohoo Half Way There! 1 I can't believe we are half way through our journey. Congratulations to all my fellow Peakers. 2 A giant THANK YOU to Patrick for eliminating yogurt from my diet this week. I heart you! 4 Jeebus, I slept forever today. Went to bed at 12 last night, woke up a 10am, ate breakfast and then went back to bed at 12 and woke up at 5pm. I guess my body needed it. 5 I love egg whites. 6 If I don't have a rockin badonk-a-donk after 160 lunges I give up.

The Peak Condition Project - Erik: Day 67

http://thepeakconditionproject-erik.blogspot.com/2010/03/day-67.html

Monday, March 22, 2010. Anyways, enough about that, how about some food pictures! Up until about 2 weeks ago, I would bring my breakfast to work at eat at my desk (along with lunch and dinner). However recently as I have been trying to do my jumprope in the morning, I'm also trying to eat breakfast at home so I don't have to bring so much to work (and not spend as much time there either :). March 24, 2010 at 3:44 AM. I also wish I could jump automatically in the mornings. When will that happen? The Peak ...

The Peak Condition Project - Naoko

Sunday, August 29, 2010. Workout @ Patrick's studio. I didn't know about Day 90 workout menu. I didn't receive the email before I leave home so I know nothing about it. Ah how far I came in 90 days! How much strength I gain! Looking back the first week, I was so out of breath by jumping just 300 or so. I got sore muscles from only 4 sets of squats. I would like to thank my friend Yukiko for recommending this program to me in May. If I didn't start in June, I wasn't here now. My old pants are too big now.

Friday, January 1, 2010. Some final day photos of me on a beach in Kerala. Actually these photos were taken on my birthday on 17th December. What an amazing holiday it was and made all the better for knowing I was in peak health! Being in India it's always best for women to respect the local custom and dress modestly, even on the beach, hence the lack on bikini here, so sorry, no abs shots! A very cool moment! Saturday, November 15, 2008. DAY 90 = PCP DONE. A long life of activity, vitality, wellness, and awareness just begun . . . So it is so hard to figure out how to make a quality, meaningful, and complete last post. But I'm going to do the best I can and hopefully update from time to time in the future. Once a month or so with thoughts on maintaining, new growth, and encouragement for any new PCP groups to come. So without further ado, here goes nothing! Tuesday, November 16, 2010. 2 weeks post-project, Nathaly: Maintaining. I did a weigh-in this morning, about 2 weeks after the end of the program and am proud to report that I haven't gained back any weight despite definitely getting off the bandwagon in every way! Not proud about the latter half of that sentence. lol). Friday, April 15, 2011. Day 90 - The End of the Beginning. Okay, before being more prosaic, will bung up the stats for a bit of colour. The numbers speak for themselves, and can't say fairer than that. As they say in football "if you had offered me that result before the game started, I would have snapped your hand off. Wednesday, December 15, 2010. Final pic's will be up this weekend along with final thoughts. I have a lot to say and I want to say it well so I need a few more days. Thursday, December 9, 2010. I am not looking forward to finishing the PCP. I am afraid of gaining back the weight I have lost and falling back into old habits. I feel very healthy and energetic and yes I enjoy the workouts now. Well, not enjoy them but appreciate them. Jack's mum is a great cook and has taken the PCP food prep very seriously.

Friday, July 10, 2009. Monday, June 8, 2009. はじめてで...
